

Jessica is a native Houstonian, world traveler, and seasoned community champion. As an Associate with TEI, Jessica brings four years of experience advancing critical bikeway projects and successfully advocating for people who walk and bike.
Her technical skills include GIS mapping, Adobe Illustrator, and social media content management. Most recently, Jessica served as BikeHouston’s Advocacy Director leading pivotal campaigns like the “Build 50 Challenge” to jump start development of 50 new high-comfort, low-stress bikeways identified in the Houston Bike plan. Jessica is also certified as a League Cycling Instructor.
Jessica is dedicated to improving cities through creative community outreach and civic participation. She utilizes tactical urbanism to build public awareness of possibilities within the built environment while forging relationships with and between neighborhood leaders.
